Zach’s House, a faith community

Living like Jesus, or at least trying to

  • Just a little about Jesus …

Jesus engaged his culture. He loved people. He listened to their problems. He went to parties. That's how he met Matthew and Zacchaeus. He was seen in the company of prosititues. Jesus touched leppers. And if I know Jesus, I'm sure he hugged them too. Jesus led others to change the world. He wants us to be a changed people. He is here to correct us when we need it, but he also loves us at the same time. Just thought you'd like to know a little about Jesus -Brian

About Us

“He humbled himself and became obedient to death -even death on a cross”   Philippians 2:8

Zach’s House is dedicated to accepting all people, loving all people, and helping all people belong to something bigger than the busyness of everyday life. Be part of our ministry to the homeless in Dallas and Ft. Worth, the working poor in the Mid-Cities, and those of any socio-economic background who just need a friend. Meet with us during our prayers for war torn regions. Join us on a journey to search the mysterious truths about Jesus and his followers. Be part of our discussion which takes place daily in homes, restaurants, sports bars, coffee shops, and work place break rooms. Zach’s House is not so much a place, as it is a get together where people already gather.

Some of our favorite quotes:

“He’s eating with a sinner”
–Religious leaders referring to Jesus eating at the home of Zacchaeus the tax collector.

“Go everywhere and preach the gospel, if necessary, use words.”
– St. Francis of Asisi

“I wanna find something I’ve wanted all along somewhere I belong.”
– Linkin Park

“I have come to save the world, not judge it.”
-Jesus Christ
